Privacy and data

We use your name, email address, dietary requirements and meal choices to manage your tour meals, let you review your orders and send service messages. Andy prepares venue lists containing the details needed to arrange your meals.

Your dietary requirements are shared across your tours. Submitted orders keep a copy of the details confirmed at the time, so changing your current requirements does not rewrite past submissions.

We keep your account and order history until you ask us to erase them. Deactivating an account, removing a tour assignment or archiving a tour preserves those records.

To request access, correction or erasure, contact Andyat andyhungbridge@gmail.com. Erasure removes your personal data from the live portal. Restricted recovery backups expire within 180 days; if a backup is restored, recorded erasures are reapplied before the portal reopens.

The portal uses Cloudflare for hosting, database storage and private backups, and Resend for service email. Downloaded venue lists and previously delivered emails are separate copies; Andy will address copies under his control when handling your request.

Sign-in cookies keep you securely signed in. Email codes and optional passkeys are used to verify access. Your portal account does not subscribe you to marketing.
